To see or not to see?

When we were planning our wedding I suggested to my soon to be husband that we see each other before the wedding.  There were a few reasons I thought this was a great idea:

• We were getting ready at Disney's Boardwalk which is my FAVORITE resort! I really wanted photos here.
• This was my 2nd marriage...my first one was a big, traditional Catholic wedding.  I hated making my guests wait while we took photos. I wanted to do things the way WE decided, not what the tradition was.  I rationalized if we saw each other BEFORE we got married, we'd have more time to enjoy our wedding and our guests
• I like that the moment would be intimate. The first time we saw each other that day would be in private.

Decisions, Decisions, Decisions

I think when it came to planning my wedding, I (and my hubby) were overwhelmed by all the decisions we had to make. The decision to have a Disney wedding was very easy for us...but after that? We were literally left with hundreds of decisions. We changed our minds on things like location, color...even my dress more times than I can remember.  I can only imagine what would have happened if we had Pinterest!!
